There were many beautiful flowers and scarce animals in the Northland where was separated from main continent in the middle ages. One day, the queen of Northland declared a proposal. There was a pound of gold bullion would be offered for someone who can capture a precious bird in the Black Forest. The precious bird was endangered and its feather can be made into beautiful coats, thus, the queen of Northland aspired to capture this kind of bird. But this kind of bird fly as fast as light that everybody know that they can’t capture the bird by all means.

A man, whose name was John, was notorious for his greedy and selfish personality. But he is not good at hunting; he decided to find someone to assist him. “I should find someone who is foolhardy and always follow my commands, but who? ”John murmured to himself. Suddenly, three men whose name was Berry Brothers passed by. Because they were honest, loyal and clumsy men, John decided to invite them to join the hunting game.

Of course Berry Brothers promised him to help him to hunt the precious bird. The news spread throughout all continent of Northland soon. Then, Ken heard the news. Since the queen of Northland declared the news, Ken appeared in Northland. He was very mysterious and no one knew why he showed up in Northland. But he is so kind, handsome and gentle that the residents in Northland liked him very much.

When Ken heard the news, he decided to visit John; he prepared his bow and arrow then went to visit John.

“Who are you?” said John. “My name is Ken, I’m a sharpshooter, I heard you intending to go to Black Forest and I think I can help you to capture the bird, so I hope I can go with you, can I join you?” said Ken. “How can you prove yourself that you are a sharpshooter?” said John. Then, Ken went outdoors and shoot a deer at ease. “OK! You can join us.” Said John.

Next day, they went into the black forest and started the task of hunting the precious bird. Two days later, they didn’t find any trace of the previous bird. They were hungry, thirsty and tired at that moment. They felt disappointed and frustrated also. For a long while, the brilliant bird appeared. The feather of the bird is colorful; no wonder the queen of Northland coveted it. “Berry brothers, go encircling the bird, and ken, capture it!” said John.

After they finished catching the precious bird, they left the Black Forest and went to John’s house to hold a party. “Everything is on the house here!” said John. When everybody enjoyed the food and the delighted atmosphere after catching the precious bird, Ken went to the kitchen furtively and put some sleeping pill into wine. Then he went back calmly and said, “What a wonderful night, I congratulate you for getting a pound of gold bullion, let’s drink some wine to celebrate!” Then they drank happily.

After John and Berry brothers drank the wine, one minute later, they felt asleep. Thirty seconds later, they couldn’t concentrate on anything. Fifteen seconds later, they were sleeping!! At that time, Ken said,” I am actually a conservationist in birds; you can’t contribute this beautiful birds to the queen of Northland and take the reward that you shouldn’t take.” Then, Ken left the house with the beautiful and precious bird.

Three months later, the queen has become anxious and furious waiting the precious bird. Besides, winter is coming. She needs the coat against the chilly winds. Thus, the queen appoints a group of fierce and well-trained troops to find the precious bird. And the queen also announces a new law－”Anyone who can find the precious bird will receive a cup of gold and ten beauties.” When ken hears the law, he knows that the queen is brutal. She won’t award the gold. Many people choose to flee at this very moment, but Ken, as an ecological activist, he chooses to take on the responsibility and maybe change this material society.

The next morning, ken heads for the palace. He then explains the importance of the bird. “Actually, these kinds of birds are heroes in our ecology. They provide us with numerous advantages. Then he tells the queen,” You can not literally make these birds to death, as if they were less than a life.” Right this moment, hundreds of people gather in front of the palace. They never hear this concept before, they do not consider bird as life ever before. They should understand the importance between human and animals, only human show respect toward the nature and other creatures can they maintain a balance relationship in the whole world. Out of surprise and gratitude, the queen make this day, 22, April as global bird holiday, GBH.

     One day morning, when Tom hung out around the town, he saw a man carry many heavy things. Tom was a very kind and good-natured person, so he asked the man “May I help you?” Of course this man said with a doubt “Sure, thank you very much!” Thirty minutes later, the task of carrying all stuff was finished, then the man left in a hurry. At that time, Tom heard some noise getting louder and louder. “Stop the trunk! Step on the brakes right now!” said a police with a megaphone. Tom did not know what happened to him and why these people were angry. “Are you the friend of that thief?” said the police. “Ar…? I…I just helped him to move a TV set.” said Tom. “Anyway, I will send you to the police station.”

     After Tom was sent to the police station by the police, the police told him that that man was a thief. Tom was shocked and explained that he was innocent. Tom thought that he was an unlucky man in the world. Because of the incident, Tom was in charge of paying all the damage of those whose things was be stolen by that thief. What a pity man Tom was!

Time is flying. I have been a high student nearly three years. Then I will graduate from my high school towards the end of June and start my new college life. At that time, Students who will graduate from junior high school will enter my high school, too. I believe that they will have ambivalent attitudes with expectation and fear as I was a freshman at my high school. So I would give freshmen at my high school some advice as follows to help them have happy, productive years in high school.
     First, never put off till tomorrow what may be done today. The schoolwork of high school is very taxing. Do not delay any schoolwork, or you will fall behind in your rate of progress. And remember it “Procrastination is the thief of time.”
     Second, having leisure time is very important. It is not only keeps your general level of health but also reduces pressure. All work and no play make a child a dull boy. Shakespeare said that “If all the year were playing holidays, to sport would be as tedious as to work. So having the appropriate leisure time is very important.
     Third, have a good mood every moment. Whatever what you do, your minds usually determine your deeds and decide the event will be successful or not. So do not stay in a bad emotion frequently, it is a poor heart that seldom rejoices.
     These advices I said above is very useful. It seems easy to achieve, but it is difficult to continue actually. That is to say, it never will rain roses. When you want more roses, you must plant trees. Finally, I hope you will enrich your high school years. Work while you work; play while you play; this is the way to be cheerful and gay.

     Be a leader is not only arriving at a right time but also having leader traits. No matter what field it is, like country, politics or enterprise, even class, they must have a leader so that the organization could function normally. Take the leader of enterprise for example, what kind of person can be a great leader? I think there are three unusual leadership qualities as follows:

     First, a great leader should show their weakness selectively. It can increase employees’ self-confidence. Any leader knows that without self-confidence, people are as babies in the cradles. Thus, employees will know the importance of team work because whoever he or she is, he must have his weakness.

     Second, a great leader should have cool compassion. It means that they should express compassion appropriately. A great leader should give something which is employees needs rather than give something they want. A great leader has to train his employees rather than help them do anything.

     Third, a great leader must be good at using exact sixth sense. When a crisis situation of there is no signs happening, the leader must make a accurate judgment. So employees are willing to believe their leader and it can increase the team spirit.

     Expect for having deserved leadership qualities like humor, enthusiasim or ambition, I think a great leader must have some unusual traits above. In short, whoever the leader is, he or she must lead everyone to create a glorious future.

     How are you? I have felt bad recently. My life is full of challenges. Like keeping study every night is one of my challenges I have faced. It is difficult to me. But I think I will do my best. You do not have to worry about me!

     Have you planned for your future already? I guess you must have done it! Future is always unknown. I get troubles about my future. I do not know which university I would major in. I have been confused me with these problems for a long time. I hope I will find a way I really love. Would you give me some advice?

     The best movie I’ve ever seen is Wall-e. The movie was made by Disney Animation Company in 2008. It is talking about a robot, Wall-e, was assigned to clean the dirty Earth which was polluted by human. The Earth was so dirty that people could not live any longer. So people were delivered to the outer space by themselves. In those days of technological change, people could use sound control to do something they wanted do. Due to the less they acted, the fatter they got. One day, Wall-e got into the spaceship accidently. He helped human back to Earth in many crisis and united human with protecting Earth again.

     The movie is delivering an important message – that is, we have a morel obligation to protect the environment. Because of the environment recently has worsened and worsens. We should try to adopt a greener lifestyle. I love the movie because it’s full of meaning of education and filled with love. I think “Wall-e” is worth seeing and seeing again.

     A man named Mortenson was climbing K2 (the second-tallest mountain) but he failed it. He was saved by villagers, so he decided to build a school for the village. Eventually, he built bridges, built sewers and established schools in the Middle East. He brought hope and peace for them.

     The story is full of love, sex, ambition, and intrigue. The story is about two sisters of Boleyn family are competing for the love of the King Henry. Every part of the other Boleyn girl have implied meaning under the surface.

     For example, Anne schemed to e the queen of England. She did everything she can to force the legitimate queen Katherine into a corner. Her ambition is so dreadful. Though her ambition led her to be the queen of England, Her ambition led her to death, also. We can learn something from the event, that is sometimes people are corrupted by power and ambition.

     Contrary to Anne, her sister Mary became the mistress of King Henry for glorying the Boleyn family, not volunteer to be the mistress of King Herny. The character is very different between Anne and Mary. Mary is tender and soft as water and kindness, but her sister, Anne, is full of ambition and craftiness. Mary wanted the love of King Henry, not the status of queen of England. Because of her kindness, she did not want to betray the queen Katherine. Mary made up her mind to leave her family, the King Henry, the court and to seek her true love.

     Finally, Mary did live a long and happy life at a country with her husband, her children and her sister’s daughter, Queen Elizabeth I, the greatest queen England ever had.

     The novel, other Boleyn girl maybe not true completely, but the story is good enough for us to think about what kind of life do we choose. Some part of the story, like Mary, is worth to follow her lead. All in all, I think the novel, the other Boleyn girl is worth to read and read again.

     If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire? For me, I would hire an experienced worker at a higher salary rather than an inexperienced worker at a lower salary. Let me give some examples to support my argument.

     First, they can improve performance because they are so experienced that they seldom make mistakes on their work. Therefore they can do the job efficiently.

     Second, hiring them is a high return on investment. Although their salary is higher, their professional ability can help the company. So they can earn more than you pay.

     Third, they are so experienced that you needn’t train them. You don’t have to spend time and money on them. So it will be for your benefit to save the cost of training employees.

     Nowadays, whatever you do, it is important to save your time and money. So, I think it is a good idea to hire an experienced worker at a higher salary. Than, the company will become stronger and stronger.
